There are 3 types of stablecoins.

1 FIAT-COLLATERALIZED STABLECOINS.
2 COMMODITY or CRYPTO-COLLATERALIZED STABLECOINS.
3 NON-COLLATERALIZED (algorithm based) STABLECOINS.

USD can be easily issued on Digibyte Blockchain, backed by fiat money.

Generally Digibyte Blockchain can utilize all types of Stablecoins, including Jared Tates offer of decentralized stablecoin, where every user could issue a certain amount of USD on digibyte blockchain, by making a bank deposit, my proposal is that there is no need for a decentralized app to issue a decentralized stablecoin, its very well enough to issue a USD via a centralized app in a decentralized way, which will be held on a non custodial decentralized wallet.
